Olivia Martin, who worked for me for several months this past year. She was hired at the beginning of the pandemic. This was a challenging time for our industry, as we were experiencing shortages of several items, adapting to wearing PPE, and dealing with panic and concern from the customers. She adapted well to all of this and learned the job quickly. She was punctual, hard-working, and had a very pleasant demeanor with the customers. I would recommend her for any job she applies for.
